PLAN & PREPARE
Request a Shoot
Customize your request by selecting product type, shoot type, and the number of images. Finalize it by adding project details and any guidelines if applicable. Submit the request, and I'll get back to you within 1 business day.
Get a Proposal
I'll review your request and ask additional questions. When everything is clear, I'll send you a proposal containing studio location, proposed shot list, total price, and turnaround time.
Deliver Your Products
Once you accept the offer, you can deliver your products to the studio by yourself or request a delivery. Drop-off Time: Mon - Fri: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Once I receive the items and review the total number of images, I'll send the invoice.
Approve Test Shots (If Needed)
For new clients or complex projects, I recommend requesting test shots. I'll shoot a few test images from the entire project to confirm guidelines, styling, and creative direction. Once you approve these images, I'll send you an invoice. Once it is paid, I proceed with the rest of the shoot. This is particularly helpful for projects with over 20 images.
Pay an Invoice
Once your products are delivered and I confirm that the items match the proposal, I'll send you an invoice. Once you make the payment, I move to the shooting stage.
SHOOT & RETOUCH
We start shooting your project the next business day once I receive the payment. Order turnaround time may be increased due to the high volume of projects. In such cases, I'll inform you within the proposal. Standard lead time: 4-8 BUSINESS DAYS*
APPROVE & RETURN
Approve the Images
Once I'm done with the images, you'll receive a link to approve and download them.
Request Revisions (If Any)
Please provide feedback on images within 2 calendar weeks of receiving them (if necessary). I take up to 2 business days to assess if the edits are retouchable or require a reshoot, as well as if they are paid or free of charge. After 2 calendar weeks have passed, all revisions will be paid. Retouching edits can take up to 3 business days. Reshoots might require the standard turnaround time of up to 8 business days.
Product Return
After completing the project, you can pick up your products from the studio by yourself or request a delivery.
